Of course, diet stress, and exercise are the biggest factors to examine. Sometimes, just having a bedtime routine focused around relaxing and winding down from the day helps. 

The oil is meant to be used on the feet, which are one of the most absorbent parts of the body. MCT oil combined with lavender and cedarwood can help promote sleep and help one to sleep more restfully at night. I suggest to start getting ready for bed 30 minutes or more before you actually want to fall asleep. Wash your face and the day away with Lindsay Joseph cleanser and moisturizer, maybe meditate for 10 minutes, complete on your day, journal (ie something to clear the mind), and then rub a little Sleepy Time Oil on the bottoms of your feet and in between your toes. Smell the oils, smells your hands that have the oil on them. Lavender and cedarwood have powerful aromatherapy benefits including reducing stress and anxiety. They relax the body and the mind.
