Resurfacing Mask
The Resurfacing Mask does just want it says. It gives you that post spa glow and feel as if you just got a facial. This blend of matcha, green clay, and rice powder has powerful effects on the skin. Ideal for oily, combination, and acne-prone skin, green clay is great for restoring balance to the skin. This powerful clay soaks up excess oil that may clog pores and lead to acne and imperfections and doubles as a powerful, deep cleanser that helps to balance skin pH levels. Green clay also causes the blood to circulate and move closer to the surface of the skin causing the skin to look and be younger and firmer. Matcha is anti-bacterial and contains incredibly high levels of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which is helpful in reducing inflammation and evening out skin tone. This formula also contains rice powder which has anti-inflammatory properties. The Resurfacing Mask gives skin a plump and smooth finish.
Ingredients
Green clay, matcha, and brown rice flour
Directions
Cleanse face with cleanser/toner.
Mix one or two teaspoons of powder with a small amount of water and/or moisturizing oil. Add liquid until reached the desired consistency (should be a loose paste.) Mix together in a small bowl. Using a facial brush, like a paint brush, seems to work best.
Place on face keeping away from eyes. Let sit for at least 5 up to 20 minutes at most. Once set, use warm water to rinse skin clean, Cleanse skin with cleanser again to remove any remaining mask. Apply a generous amount of serum to seal in skin. It is very important to use an oil-based moisturizer after using this mask.
